I'm blond and I dyed my hair red / copper or light reddish brown, without a salon and I will not turn me pink or green.

Of course you can, but probably more than once dye really brown. Try a dark red to cover the fair. If you think Brown was always a green color to see, when I tried to stay away from ash and dark colors.
